TERMS OF PURCHASE

1. General provisions

1.1. The owner of the online store www.albon.ee (hereinafter Albon Group e-shop) is Albon Group OÜ (registry code 11509161), located at Kadaka tee 3/2, 10621 Tallinn.
1.2. You can make purchases from the e-shop:

1.2.1. as a private person.
1.2.1. Registered in Estonia as a legal entity.

2. Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

2.1. The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Albon Group e-shop.
2.2. The prices of the products sold in the Albon Group e-shop are indicated next to the products. All prices include VAT 20%. The price does not includes a fee for delivering the goods.
2.3. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and delivery method. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
2.4. Information about the product is provided in the Albon Group e-shop directly next to the product. Product information is checked and supplemented regularly. Since the product data is entered by the manufacturers, the Albon Group e-shop does not take responsibility for the correctness of the product data.
2.5. Product images are illustrative.

3. Forming the order

3.1. To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To complete the order, you must fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or other payment solution.
3.2. The contract enters into force from the receipt of the amount to be paid to the current account of Albon Group OÜ.
3.3. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the buyer will be informed of this as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will be returned without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
3.4. Orders placed in the e-shop are processed on working days (Mon-Fri) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This also applies to the “pick up the goods myself” delivery option.

4. Delivery

4.1. Goods are shipped worldwide.
4.2. The shipping costs of the goods are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
4.3. Shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 14 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. During promotions, the delivery time can be extended up to 21 working days. If it is not possible to deliver the goods by the agreed time, Albon Group OÜ has the right to extend the delivery time by notifying the customer separately.
4.4. The buyer will be notified by phone or e-mail when the goods are ready for collection.

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1. After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.
5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
5.3. In order to use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that is allowed to test the goods in a physical store. The product to be returned must be complete, i.e. contain all items included in the product packaging. In the event that the product has been purchased as part of a campaign, where another product has been added to the product, the entire set of products must be returned.
5.4. If the goods have been used for purposes other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Albon Group e-shop has the right to refuse to accept the goods.
5.5. In order to return the goods, a statement of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted.
5.6. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return lies in the fact that the thing to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective product).
5.7. The returned goods must be unused and in the original packaging. The product packaging must be intact and clean. The commercial appearance of the product must be fully preserved.
5.8. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier of the goods within the aforementioned period.
5.9. The Albon Group e-shop will return all fees received from the buyer under the contract to the buyer immediately upon receipt of the returned goods, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal request.
5.10. The e-shop may refuse to issue refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has sent the item back, whichever occurs first.
5.11. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Albon Group e-store, the Webshop does not have to refund the cost to the consumer that exceeds the cost associated with the standard delivery method.
5.12. Albon Group OÜ has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back from the buyer, if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error.

6. The right to submit a claim

6.1. The Albon Group e-shop is responsible for the non-compliance or deficiency of the goods sold to the buyer with the contract conditions, which existed already at the time of handing over the item and which appear within two years from the handing over of the goods to the buyer. Within the first six months from the delivery of the item to the buyer, it is assumed that the defect was already present at the time of delivery of the item. It is the responsibility of the Albon Group e-shop to refute the corresponding assumption.
6.2. The Albon Group e-shop is not responsible for product deterioration/damage due to the buyer’s fault; for defects that have arisen as a result of improper use of the product; for normal physical wear and tear of the product under normal use.
6.3. In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the Albon Group e-shop within two years at the latest by sending an e-mail to the address info@albon.ee or calling the phone: +372 5186 951
6.4. The Albon Group e-shop is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer
6.5. If the goods purchased from the Albon Group e-shop have defects for which the e-shop is responsible, the e-shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the e-shop will return to the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
6.6. The Albon Group e-shop responds to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.

7. Direct marketing and personal data processing

7.1. The Albon Group e-shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer.
7.2. The Albon Group e-shop forwards personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver goods.
7.3. The Albon Group e-shop sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed his wish to do so by entering an e-mail address on the website and has indicated his wish to receive direct mail notifications.
7.4. The buyer can opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.

8. Dispute Resolution and Liability

8.1.If the buyer has claims regarding the Albon Group e-shop, they must be sent to the email address info@albon.ee.
8.2.If the buyer and the Albon Group e-shop cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Committee.
8.3.The Albon Group e-shop is responsible to the customer, and the customer is responsible to the Albon Group e-shop for the damage caused to the other party by the violation of these terms and conditions in the cases and to the extent stipulated in the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
8.4.The Albon Group e-shop is not responsible for damages caused to the customer or for delays in product delivery if the damage or delay in product delivery is due to a circumstance that Albon Group OÜ could not influence and whose arrival was not foreseen and could not have been foreseen (force majeure ).

TERMS OF TRANSPORT

Goods purchased from the Albon Group e-shop can be delivered to Omniva parcel machines and delivery points all over Estonia, and Omniva also offers courier services worldwide. It is also possible to pick up the goods at the Albon Group delivery point.

I will pick up the goods myself (free of charge)

The buyer can pick up the ordered goods at the Albon Group representative office. To do this, select “I’ll pick you up” from among the modes of transport.

The buyer will be notified by phone or e-mail when the goods are ready for collection. 

The package must be picked up at the office within 7 days of receiving the notification.

The goods will only be issued to the person who ordered the goods on the basis of the order number and identity document, unless the customer notifies the Albon Group e-shop in advance of a change in the person picking up the goods.
