Terms for Training Provision

  1. With the purpose to ensure the training quality
    1. All training programs are developed on the basis of the legislation requirements in the field of specific training, relevant standards, recommendations of specialized associations and manufacturers of materials, equipment and equipage. To avoid outdated information, all training materials are regularly reviewed and updated.
    2. Instructors and teachers are checked and confirm their compliance with all relevant requirements and legal regulations, they regularly undergo additional training and follow-up training in their field of ​​competence.     3. Training facilities are checked and comply with the requirements of fire safety, labor safety, and the requirements of specialized training, as well as undergo regular audits.     4. After the training, all the participants are given the opportunity to receive and/or leave a feedback in the following way:
      1. by filling out a feedback form;
      2. write an email to training@albon.ee or info@albon.ee in a free form.

    Albon Training Center regularly collects, analyzes, makes the necessary conclusions and introduces changes to the training program in time.

  2. Registration procedure for prospective participantsA person willing to undergo training at the Albon Training Center undertakes:
    1. To familiarize himself with the training conditions and procedure by clicking on the link at the Training Center home page or at the training description page, then confirm familiarization with the training conditions and procedure when registering for the corresponding course.
    2. To know and understand the name of the chosen training, having read its description including the “Course Name”, “Name of the instructor /teacher”, “Duration”, “The nearest training dates”, “Cost”, “Language options for the training”, “Target audience for this training”, “The purpose of the training”; “A brief description of the course contents”; “Expected outcome after the training” sections.
    3. To get acquainted with the requirements and recommendations for candidates, wishing to undergo a training, by clicking on the link opposite the selected training.
    4. Register for the training course clicking on the link in the course description or at the site menu and fill out the proposed training registration form.
    5. Those who wish to have the training are considered to be registered for the course (hereinafter – the Candidate), if an advance payment of at least 30% of the course price has been paid. A candidate is admitted to training if the full amount of the training cost was received at the time of the course start.
    6. If the course is arranged on condition that a certain number of candidates apply, a Candidate may apply for “preliminary registration” by clicking on the link in the course description or in the site menu and filling out the appropriate form.
    7. A candidate can inform about the refusal to participate in the training at any time by sending an email to koolitus@albon.ee or info@albon.ee.
  3. Training payment procedure, exemption from the tuition payment
    1. After confirmation of registration for a training, an invoice will be sent to the Candidate for payment. A candidate is considered registered for the course if an advance payment of at least 30% of the total cost of the training is paid. The candidate is admitted to studies if the full payment for the course was received in the indicated bank account at the time of the training start.
    2. A candidate may be exempted from the necessity to pay the training fee only in case a preliminary documented guarantee of full training fee payment by a third party is provided (Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund, candidate’s employer, etc.)
  4. Procedure for training refundTraining refund may be executed under the following conditions:
    1. if the payment is made, but the training did not take place due to an insufficient number of Candidates or due to the fault of the course organizers; the payment will be refunded in full to the bank account from which it was received within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date when the training cancellation was announced;
    2. if a Candidate notified the course organizers about the refusal to take the training by an email, sending it to: training@albon.ee or info@albon.ee:
      1. no later than 30 (thirty) days before the training start – 100% of the payment will be refunded (to the bank account from which the payment was received) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the letter by the organizers (the candidate agrees to control the receipt of the letter by the organizers on his own);
      2. no later than 15 (fifteen) days before the training start – 50% of the payment will be refunded (to the bank account from which the payment was received) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the receipt of the letter by the organizers (the candidate agrees to control the receipt of the letter by the organizers on his own);
      3. If notification is sent later than 15 days before the training start – payment shall not be refunded.
